long healthy life
For more than five decades I have pursued practical methods for slowing, reversing, and ultimately overcoming the biological processes of aging.
Today my sharp focus is neurodegeneration — dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease and others.
Along the way I have researched hundreds of age-management therapies and personally experienced dozens, carefully tracking biomarkers and other objective measures whenever possible. My work has included helping organize research studies, evaluating emerging therapies, and building practical systems for measuring biological aging and therapeutic outcomes.
Through the Aging Intervention Foundation, the Gerontology Research Group, Age Reversal Network, BioFutures, and other organizations, I have collaborated with scientists, physicians, innovators, entrepreneurs, and highly informed individuals who share the goal of extending healthy human life.
I also maintain educational resources, online meetings, interviews with leading researchers, and websites dedicated to evidence-based longevity science, objective aging metrics, and the responsible exploration of emerging therapies.
